Our Returns Policy 

For Orders Shipped inside of the U.S.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return, FREE OF CHARGE for any US order placed on Kangol.com (excludes eu.Kangol.com) 

All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns made after 60 days may be ineligible for full or partial refund or credit. 

Holiday Returns Policy: Purchases made between Nov. 1st and Dec. 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a credit will be processed against the form of payment used for the original purchase or customer service will reach out for an exchange if requested. Please allow up to 10 days after receipt of return for processing your refund. Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. Kangol.com is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from Kangol.com.

Be sure to include all of your information so we can process your return/exchange as quickly as possible. Please fill out and return the enclosed Packing Slip with your order and under Return Procedure please indicate the appropriate reason code.

COVID-19-Related Carrier Shipping Delays

Due to the challenges associated with COVID-19, and an increase of online ordering and carrier staffing shortages, shipping carriers are experiencing delays in timelines and deliveries on some packages. Carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL are affected.

At Kangol, we are working to ensure orders are picked and shipped out on time despite these challenges. However, despite this, some customers may experience delays in deliveries if their package runs into a delay by the carrier. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these new challenges.

If you experience a delay in carrier update or deliver, most packages will arrive within the timeline chosen at checkout. For orders encountering delays, in most cases, the package will arrive only 1 or 2 days outside of the expected timeline. We've also seen a slight increase in orders being marked as delivered early by the carrier — if your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please keep an eye out for the next 24 hours, as it will likely be delivered within that time.
